How We Repair
There are many different methods available for doing glass repair. We at Vision have over 10 years experience and during that time have sampled various kits and methods available to always be at the forefront of windscreen chip repair.
There are a lot of pros and cons with all methods but we feel at Vision we have the edge. That's because we have tried all the rest and now only use the best.
We at Vision decided rather then be tied to one specific method and product we would use the best bits from each method and piece them together to make our own.
This has resulted in us being the leader in windscreen chip replacement and also allowing us to provide and un-rivalled and unique service to our customers.
We have stuck to the basic principals but have come up with unique and individual ways of manipulating the glass to our and your benefit.
Our technicians are all Novus trained and have also attended windscreen repair courses at all the major companies i.e.: Glass Medic, Esprit etc. This is how we know what works and what does not. We have seen and sampled for ourselves the good and bad of all systems.
We do this by firstly cleaning up the loose glass in the damaged area. Completely drying out the damage of all moisture. We then create a vacuum in the damaged area and inject clear windscreen repair resin into the damaged area. This resin is then cured using our state of the art curing system and polished to give a nice clean finish.
This of course is only a brief summary of what happens. We at Vision do not want to divulge our years of research too all and sundry.
Why We Repair
1. DURABILITY: The factory seal on your windscreen can never be duplicated with a windscreen replacement.
